REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Veda Samhita Academy is committed to maintaining transparency in relation to payments, enrolments, cancellations and refunds for its courses, programmes, memberships and digital learning services.
Please read this policy carefully before making a payment or enrolling in any programme.
1. Course and Programme Fees
Fees applicable to each course, programme or membership will be displayed on the relevant registration or payment page or communicated to the learner before payment.
An enrolment is considered confirmed after successful receipt of the applicable payment and completion of any required registration process.
2. Cancellation by the Learner
If a learner wishes to cancel an enrolment, the request should be submitted to Veda Samhita Academy through the official contact channels.
Eligibility for a refund, if any, will depend on the nature of the programme, whether access to digital content has already been provided, and any programme-specific terms communicated at the time of enrolment.
3. Digital Courses and Content
Once access has been provided to recorded classes, audio lessons, digital study materials, downloadable resources, members-only content or other digital course materials, the applicable fee will generally be non-refundable, except where otherwise specifically stated or required by applicable law.
4. Live Online Programmes
For live online programmes, cancellation or refund conditions, where applicable, may be specified on the relevant programme or registration page.
Once a programme has commenced, fees will generally not be refundable except where Veda Samhita Academy determines otherwise due to exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law.
5. Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership access or associated digital benefits have been activated.
Members are therefore encouraged to review the membership benefits, duration and applicable terms before completing payment.
6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Veda Samhita Academy
If a programme is cancelled by Veda Samhita Academy and no suitable alternative, rescheduled programme or equivalent service is provided, eligible participants may receive a refund of the applicable programme fee.
If a programme is rescheduled, the enrolment may ordinarily be transferred to the revised schedule.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
In the event of a verified duplicate payment or an incorrect transaction, please contact us with the relevant payment details.
After verification, any amount found to have been collected in error will be processed for refund through an appropriate payment method.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method or another appropriate method permitted by the payment provider.
After initiation, the time required for the amount to appear in the learner's account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.
9. Programme-Specific Terms
Certain courses, workshops, memberships or special programmes may have specific cancellation or refund conditions. Where such conditions are clearly communicated before purchase, those programme-specific conditions will apply in addition to this policy.
