Veda Samhita Academy provides educational programmes, memberships, courses and learning resources primarily through digital and online delivery methods.
This Digital Delivery Policy explains how learners receive access to programmes and digital learning materials after successful registration and payment.
1. Nature of Our Services
Veda Samhita Academy offers digitally delivered educational services that may include:

2. Delivery of Course Access
After successful payment and completion of the required registration process, eligible learners will receive access to the purchased course, programme or membership.
Access may be provided through the Veda Samhita Academy learning platform or through other authorised digital platforms used for programme delivery.
3. Delivery Time
For most digital programmes, access is normally provided within 24 hours after successful payment and verification of registration details.
For programmes scheduled to begin on a future date, access may be provided before or on the announced commencement date.
Where manual verification is required, activation may take additional reasonable processing time.
4. Communication of Access Details
Course access information, login instructions, class links and programme-related communications may be provided through one or more of the following:

Learners are responsible for providing accurate contact information during registration.
5. Live Classes
Where a programme includes live online classes, the schedule and joining information will be communicated to registered learners through the designated communication channel or learning platform.
Schedules may occasionally be changed due to academic, operational or unavoidable circumstances. Any material schedule changes will be communicated to enrolled learners.
6. Recorded and Digital Content
Where included in a programme, recorded classes, audio lessons, PDFs, study resources and other digital materials may be made available progressively according to the programme schedule rather than all at once.
The duration of access may vary depending on the particular programme or membership.
7. Physical Study Materials
Certain programmes may specifically include printed books or physical study materials.
Where physical materials are included, the availability, eligibility, delivery area and applicable conditions will be communicated separately as part of the relevant programme information.
Unless specifically stated, purchase of a digital programme does not automatically include physical materials.
8. No Physical Shipping for Digital Products
Courses, memberships and digital learning resources that are identified as digital products do not require physical shipping.
Digital access constitutes delivery of such products or services.
9. Technical Requirements
Learners are responsible for maintaining suitable internet connectivity and compatible devices required to access online classes and digital learning resources.
Temporary interruptions caused by the learner's internet connection, device, third-party platform or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Veda Samhita Academy do not constitute non-delivery.
10. Problems Receiving Access
If payment has been successfully completed but programme access or delivery information has not been received within the stated period, please contact us with:
